Currently, following countries are available:
– Norway
– Finland
– England
– Scotland (patches)
– Switzerland
– Spain

Remark about Scotland: Although the coverage of the linked data set is patchy, the whole country is marked as available. There will be a finer-grained distinction on the map in the future, reflecting the actual coverage (country vs region vs patches).
